Farmhouse Café
The Farmhouse Café in the Farmers' Leaf is run by My Purple Pantry, a Cochrane family well known for the delicious sourdough bread, dessert delicacies and catering.
Chefs Keith and J-Anne make all the food fresh, from scratch.
The menu features soups, sandwiches, speciality coffees and teas, hot and cold, a divine desserts. The Farmhouse Café has become known not only for it's beautiful food but as place to gather and be with friends.
Tuesdays seniors enjoy a 10% for being fabulous!
At the Farmhouse Café, we hold fast to the old ways, no processed deli meats. We start with whole cuts of meat, rub 'em down with salt, pepper, fresh herbs & spices. They roast low 'n slow in our ovens, filling the kitchen with that warm, soul-soothing aroma and the meat turns fall-apart tender,
dripping with real juices.
Sandwiches are piled high on our own fresh-baked sourdough, crusty on the outside, soft and tangy within, made from scratch every day.
Real meat, slow-roasted with love, and that deep, comforting flavour that takes you straight back to Sunday supper at grandma's table. Come on in and taste what homemade really means.
